Overview
The starpt
program files data reports for a station and sensor ID.
Command Line Usage
The command line syntax is:
starpt [options] STA SID DATA [D-T]
Command line parameters are:

Examples
starpt -C 100 0 1.23 2017/07/04-08:09:10
This will file a data report for the station with ID 100, sensor ID 0, and a data value of 1.23, with forced calibration of floating point data, in novastar database table data_2017_07.
