Overview
The nscronupdate program updates the system cron table based on NovaStar database scheduler table contents.
TODO smalers 2017-10-14 need to update documentation - Steve did not create preliminary documentation.
Need to confirm functionality.
Command Line Usage
The command line syntax is:
